Main Job Purpose:

The incumbent handles wide variety of jobs in Supply Chain to serve our business at a level of quality above expectations and to ensure -not only- OTIF supplies through our collaborative manufacturing partners (CM) but also, CMs are getting the win-win relation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure OTIF delivery of finished goods out of each CMs.
- Build, update, and achieve our SC targets and strategies.
- Daily production review across all CMs.
- Ensure Quality, Safety and Procurement strategy targets are met at each CM.
- Supports new manufacturing requests.
- Work alongside digital team on new digitization projects of the SC process.
- Ensure 100% payment on time for all invoices of each CM.
- Fast tracking localization projects and ad hoc supply backup for our internal factories.
- Responsible for coordinating operation between 3rd party & Egypt Planning
- Ensuring material call off & delivery to execute production plan prior to production plan
- Coordinate with Alfa team & logistics team for material transfer
- Ensure system cleanup & matching with deliver notes transfer with 3rd party
- Ensure forecast is sent to 3rd parties to plan capacities accordingly
- Ensure correct action is done for cycle count
- Analyze cycle count results & provide reasons if needed
- Conduct trials with engineering & quality teams in case of innovations
- Issuing service Pos related to any service performed by 3rd party
- Ensure solving any issues between Unilever & 3rd party to have smooth operations
Job requirements:
ESSENTIAL
- Industrial Engineering or similar University degree, Supply chain (APICS etc) qualification advantage.
- Experience in SC area in FMCG business.
- Business English.
- Experience on SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Power Bi.
PREFERRED:
- Communication.
- Analysis/Problem Assessment.
- Taking Initiatives.
- Customer Focus.
- Considerable experience of Acting Independently.
- Leadership & negotiating.
- Good working knowledge of Supply Chain Processes.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience Required:
ESSENTIAL
- 2 to 4 Years in Supply Chain operations.
- Working Experience in Supply planning, Imported finished goods.
- Budgeting & Planning.
PREFERRED
- FMCG experience.
- SAP APO, SNC Experience.
