Responsibilities:
- Dashboard adaption and dashboard refresh in the required frequency (Demand Planning Dashboard, Atlas, Weekly Service Report, etc)
- Design and creation of new reports based on L3 and L4 requirements
- Extraction of relevant data to conduct ad hoc analysis
- Review Business KPIs, ISCP and challenges with Sector teams
- Review availability performance reports, production plans
- KPI Analysis and collation of data from all sites
- Reporting on KPIs to BU/Plant Leadership Team and Sector Teams
- Provide Manufacturing field and HQ support (e.g. on site or with reports / analysis / tools / trends)
- Create Newsletter
- Rewards and Recognition Process
