In addition to being thefirst point of contact for support requests from both our customers and their employees, the Customer Experience Associate (Finance/Payroll) will be responsible for critically analysing and investigating issues related to invoicing and payroll.
What you’ll do…
- Critically analyse and respond to queries from our customers and their employees

- Investigate internally and with other stakeholders about issues related to the invoices and the payroll of the company
- Assist in the dunning and cash collection of outstanding amounts.
- Be involved in company-wide and departmental projects and provide support to the team.
- Proactively track requests and ensure they are 100% resolved - own your work from A to Z
- Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding customer service Assist in improving our internal processes and knowledge system
- Advocate for our customers internally
What we’re looking for…
- Fluency in English - written and spoken
- 3 - 5 years experience in a client facing role in a remote setting
- Previous analytical or numerical (finance/payroll) experience
- Experience working with NetSuite, Salescode or any other CRM or ERP system
- A customer-centric approach to resolving issues
- Effective collaborator, able to support other team members
- Proactively monitor the progress of your own requests and anticipate roadblocks
- Show resilience in times of pressure.
- A quiet environment for making calls, and a reliable internet connection
