Job Description:
- Undertake overall responsibility of the business unit.
- Maintain & improve level of customer & mission satisfaction
- Develop and maintain business relationships with all Embassy/Consulate officials.
- Adherence to the Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:

Must have 5-7 years of experience in the travelling industry (visa, passport, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience with embassy procedures is a plus.
- Locals from the respective countries are preferred.
