Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure the team's success.

Project Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and prioritize tasks for efficient project execution.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and set project timelines.
Manage expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
Security System Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders to design security systems.
Assess security needs and conduct risk assessments.
Propose technical solutions that meet industry standards.
Team Development:
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members.

Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Standards:

Security System Integration:
Coordinate the integration of security systems for a comprehensive infrastructure.
Integrate access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
Ensure seamless functionality and interoperability.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
Develop and manage the budget for security system projects.
Allocate resources effectively for timely project completion.
Ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between the security systems team and other departments.
Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations.
Address security-related matters to management and key stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in access control systems, video surveillance systems, intrusion detection and alarm systems, perimeter security, physical security assessments, security technology integration, and related areas.
Understanding of BMS principles, components, architecture, and related technologies such as PLC and BACS.
BMS Expertise:
Familiarity with BMS software platforms like Honeywell Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI) or similar systems.
Knowledge of BMS integration with building systems such as HVAC, lighting, access control, fire alarm, and security systems.
Ability to design energy management strategies and optimize building efficiency using BMS.
Technical Trends:
Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in physical security and BMS fields.
Knowledge of biometrics, video analytics, IoT applications, and other relevant technologies.
Communication and Leadership Skills:
Strong project management skills to lead and coordinate projects.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Leadership abilities to mentor team members and resolve challenges.
Compliance and Standards:
Understanding of industry-specific physical security standards and guidelines.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
Documentation and Reporting:
Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports on system performance.
Proficiency in providing metrics and updates to management and stakeholders.
Integration and Interoperability:
Knowledge of protocols and techniques to integrate BMS and PLC systems.
Familiarity with gateway devices and data mapping between systems.
