Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Sourcing Business Sourcing. Your role will make Ericsson and our Customers successful by actively contributing towards securing short and long-term profitable business.
Through your early engagement in Sourcing organizations, you will drive higher value contributions from third-party deliveries to a business. In order to drive value, relevant category strategies and preferred supplier lists shall be endorsed through active participation in strategic Sales and product/project forums, including business and product decision meetings.
The Sourcing Business Partner shall promote new business ideas that are based on optimized value extraction through collaboration from third parties and Ericsson supplier base, other business benchmarking, and Sourcing strategies.

You will also be accountable for the Sourcing contribution of business opportunities or concepts to deliver on Stakeholder expectations.
Potential Job Role Performance Metrics: Stakeholder satisfaction, Customer contract clause visibility, Cost reduction, Margin, Cash flow, Profitable growth, Category Strategy, Category PSL, Project target and fulfilment, Project governance, Project Margin, compliance, drive early sourcing engagements within sales process, procurement plans, lead procurement board for decision making.
You will:
- Be an advisor and dedicated to Sourcing engagement
- Inspire business ideas, strategies & PSL
- Hold sourcing responsible for profitability
- Optimize Sourcing performance targets
- Back & support M&A sourcing projects
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Education: Relevant sourcing certificate/engineering degree
- Minimum years of experience: 7-10 years
- Demonstrated ability in: Networks rollout, Managed services, and IT.
- Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
- Business Modelling Skills & Business Understanding
- Change & Improvement Management Skills
- Commercial Acumen & Skills, Decision-making skills
- Must be a Trustworthy individual with good Integrity, Influencing, and relationship-building skills

- Strong business-minded personality, Ability to work with very broad work tasks.
- Ability to effectively communicate in an international and multicultural environment,
