Overview
Reporting into the Supply Chain planning Director, the role is accountable for the overall Cross Category planning Cluster, including Supply planning, DRP & MRP planning
This role is the primary point of contact / main interface between the GBS Cluster and the RemainCo Regional planning lead (L11 / Director) to ensure market plans are adopted, service levels and working capital targets are met.
This role will be recruited into GBS as of 2023 and as such there will be a level of initial ambiguity in activity as the processes are adopted across during transition. It is expected that the role will therefore require an initial flexibility of approach as processes are primarily fixed & then shifted and improved over following strategy cycles.

Responsibilities
- Leads the Cross category planning processes for GBS
- Manages the GBS cross category Cluster team
- Works with the RemainCo organisaton to ensure delivery of AOP targets
- Accountable for deliverey of key KPI’s (eg Service / Inventory targets / Obsolescence)
- Works with the BU & contributes to ensuring an effective monthly iS&OP cycle
- Integration point between Market and GBS – represents GBS at strategic meetings with the market
Qualifications
- MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)
- Highly Experienced in all Planning aspects
- Line management experience
- High level of knowledge & understanding of the E2E supply systems & processes
- Proficiency in product category planning
- Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work with other functions / departments to address critical challenges as a result of market change or changes in technical, manufacturing or End to end planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs.

- Team lead experience
- Problem solving know-how

- Masters planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc
- Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies
