  • MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
  • Identifies the action plan of the corporate service in accordance with the Branch Manager
  • Identifies Corporate customer’s needs and fulfills it with proper bank’s products and services
  • Handles corporate customers requests and inquiries related to their accounts, products and services in a professional manner and refers them to respective relationship manager when needed
  • Approves various corporate customers requests and counter transactions according to authority matrix
  • Promotes EGBANK products and services and uses cross selling techniques with EGBANK existing corporate clients
  • Coaches and trains staff reporting to him/her to ensure full awareness of bank’s products, services, policies and procedures
  • Carries and handles efficiently custody items, and keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures
  • Adheres to Branch Operating Model
  • Carries out any task requested by Branch Manager

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education
: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field of study

Languages

: Fluent in Arabic and English (writing and speaking)


Ideal experience

: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, 3 of which in customer service and sales
