As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing advanced software solutions for our innovative products. Job Responsibilities

As Senior Software Engineer your main responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with hardware engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and translate product requirements into detailed software designs and specifications. You will mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.

  • Architect, develop, and maintain firmware and application software for embedded systems, utilizing programming languages such as C and C++.
  • Ensure high-quality code by conducting code reviews, implementing coding standards, and applying best practices.
  • Debug and resolve complex software issues, working closely with the hardware team for system integration and optimization.
  • Lead software testing and validation efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and system-level testing utilizing programming languages such Python and Robot Framework.
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in firmware and application software development for embedded systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of software designs, specifications, and development processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize software performance, enhance user experience, and ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.

Finally, you have the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor's and/or master’s degree in software engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 8 years of experience in firmware and application software development for embedded systems.
  • Extensive expertise in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems concepts, microcontrollers, and real-time operating systems.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies and practices, including version control systems and collaborative development tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware design principles, electronic components, and their interaction with software.
  • Leadership abilities with experience leading software development projects and mentoring junior engineers.
